My husband and I bought your Ashley DVAG25-DF on December 9th 2024, it was delivered on December 14th 2024, installed December 26th 2024. My husband contacted y'all via text December 30th so there are receipts of the conversation. The lack of communication is unbelievable. My husband explained everything that was going on with your system, the flames start off blue with a slight yellow tip that's normal with propane. Then the blue goes away completely and its just yellow and orange flames that cause horrible black soot to where you can not see the flames at all. Y'all received the pictures showing the black soot. We ended up with a 2500 Ashley stove manufactured by these guys. Well, made in China, but it's their company. Aside from the EPA regulations, causing various chimney issues for us. Once that was resolved for many thousands of dollars, the stove works amazing Looks great and does a great job

I have called technical support on four different occasions over the past 5 years. 3 of the 4 where my issues with not maintaining the stove and other bone head issues.
One was a faulty part that was covered under warranty. Each time the support has been awesome. They are experts in their field. I was able to resolve the issue without calling a pellet repair service and paying the high repair costs.
