Called upon this service for for my home when hurricane Elvis destroyed our roof over our laundry and coat room just off the living space causing flooding. We were serviced well by their electrician and given seasoned advice however the discounted shingles and roof repairs did not last resulting in our mud room ceiling, wall and original repairs to just begin rotting away. Due to the mold & flooding we were unable to return to our home. It pays to be an educated home buyer because not only can repair companies take advantage of you but so can insurance companies for deductions that are not required up front. Mark Martin replaced the roof and repaired/ expanded the driveway at our home. Initially he was very responsive and seemed quite nice. The roof leaked for a few months before he was able to get it repaired and in that time the leak stained my ceiling and wallpaper. One of his "solutions" was to remove a portion of my gutter guards, that did not resolve the problem and I ended up having to pay to have them repaired myself, despite repeated requests for him repair what he had torn up. Beware of Mark Martin! In the last year I have paid him more than $30,000.00 for what turned out to be shotty incomplete work and damages to my home and property. Mark installed a new roof, amd repaired and expanded our driveway. His work has left us with a stained ceiling, damaged gutter guards, and a destroyed irrigation system. His refusal to address the issues has left me having to foot the bill for repairs. Portions of the new driveway will have to be removed just to hopefully save part of the irrigation system but other parts will never be able to be repaired.
