I think ubreakifix should have a incentive in place for all your customers who pay $80 or more to keep repeat customers. Like if you have to come back for a second time about something different or the same thing. You at least get a discount on your next trip it should be sent via email or text my opinion. Other than that I had a great experience and the people were very nice.

This is my repair place from now on! The repair associate was clearly knowledgeable and fast! Best of all...IT TOOK ONLY A LITTLE WHILE (so my day wasn't shot doing drudgery)! I hate to let out a secret, but come see the crew at 432 Sam Ridley Parkway, Smyrna TN (right in front of my other favorite - Lowes!)

The screen on my husband's Samsung suddenly stopped working while he was at the dentist's office this morning. When the phone rang, the screen remained dark; it wouldn't light up. We drove to Verizon to see if the sales person couldn figure it out but to no avail. When we asked how much a newer Samusung would cost, it wasn't in our budget. Then he suggested we go to uBreakiFix a block away where he send to have Samsung phones to be diagnosed and fixed. Well, we did and Eric diagnosed my husband's phone, made two recommendations which we agreed. We drove home and about an 1 1/2 later we received a call from uBreakiFix.
