Amazing experience. These other reviews saying negative things about the store based on an ONLINE experience/situation make no sense. The store can’t control the online department. It’s totally separate. Take it up with the 1800 number. Not the store. Anyways. I had a wonderful experience here, as always.

Target Optical has been one of the best experiences I’ve had to date.
Charles and Gloria were absolutely exceptional!!! They were the epitome of excellence in customer service and customer care.
They also displayed a knowledge of the optical products and insurance.
They both worked as a team to provide me with the most amazing experience I’ve ever had navigating my optical needs.
Gloria and Charles went far and beyond for me and every single person there during my visit.
The overall experience made my day and I am truly grateful.

Jess was very helpful and kind when helping me decide on a pair of sunglasses! Unfortunately, my vision is so bad I couldn’t get one pair, but she took the time to work with me until I found a pair that I both liked and would work with my vision, so thank you! Honestly one of the kindest employees there you could meet, definitely going back!
