Stones River Dermatology provides excellent, customer-focused care at both the Murfreesboro and Smyrna offices. The staff is amazing, kind, professional, and helpful. All procedures are explained thoroughly in a supportive environment. Patients highlight Dr. Nelson as very kind, informative, and patient, with visits completed within an hour. Taylor Copeland and Ali Haines are noted as skilled, knowledgeable, and personable, taking time to listen and explain everything. The atmosphere is great, and patients highly recommend this place for all dermatology needs.
We have always used the Smyrna office at it is more convenient for our family. We always ask for Taylor who we find knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind. My daughter and I have been quite pleased by the expertise and professionalism we have experienced at the Smyrna location.

I’ve been going to Dr. Nelson for over 5 years. He is very kind and informative. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and answered all of them I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend.
