Our family usually requests this company through our insurance when we need help. I wish they could be faster, but we also know we're not the only ones that need assistance at the same time?? thank you for coming to get us!
On Sunday morning, I put in a roadside assistance request with my insurance provider. Southern Belle received the request and called me within minutes of receipt. I was told that they would arrive within 20 minutes. James and Melodie arrived under the estimated time. I was very impressed with their fast and prompt service. They were friendly and professional. The whole process was smooth and easy. I have dealt with other towing companies where we had terrible service. The last time I had to request roadside assistance with AAA, the tow truck did not arrive to pick up our vehicle until 8 hours later. Getting service in under 30 minutes was a drastic difference. Was running late to work and was happy to call them since the owner made it to my location in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend if you ever get locked outService: Car lockouts
