I want to leave a complaint about the lousy customer service in this place. The staff shows no friendliness or respect. I witnessed an employee yelling at a client for a language problem,
I believe that customer service in this establishment urgently needs to improve. The treatment I received and the one I witnessed was very unprofessional, with a notable lack of kindness.

I recieved no details of my assignment other than payrate, was simply asked to go to an address and ask for a person once I arrived.Upon realizing the assignment was a poor fit, I brought my concerns up with a member of the staff, who proceeded to loudly exclaim that I felt I couldn't do the work, and the rest of the staff seemed more-or-less bothered and unenthusiastic about finding a more fitting assignment.I will be going through another agency for future assignments.

They don’t do what they said would do I have to agree with the comments I’m looking at they Irresponsible miscommunications never call back as promised they tell u they will help u find what best fits u but they give u what best fits them “ they need to improved I’m moving on
