“I treated my 74-year-old mom to a 1-hour Swedish massage while I indulged in a Vichy shower and scrub. We were first led to the locker room, where robes and sandals (in the sizes we provided over the phone) were waiting for us. From there, we headed to a serene waiting room to complete paperwork. A staff member brought out warming neck pads, which was such a nice touch, and I also noticed a small refreshment area in the corner, which felt very thoughtful. My Vichy shower and scrub were amazing. I instantly felt comfortable with the provider, who did a fantastic job. The massage portion with the scrub was heavenly, the water was perfectly hot and I left feeling completely relaxed. My mom said her massage therapist was gentle, attentive, and made her feel very much at ease. The pressure was just right for her, and she left feeling absolutely spoiled. The front desk associate was also incredibly kind and even offered us both 10% off as first-time guests. Overall, the service was wonderful, pricing was standard for the area, and we'll definitely be back!“
