Today I witnessed a very patient, adaptable hairstylist work magic to cut an autistic little boys hair. She would keep trying things to get the little boy to not cry and to stay calm. She and the mother were so patient and kind. After the hairstylist, Tori finished I told her I admire her for what she had done. She needed to take a break after. If you have ever worked with special needs children you would understand why.
Then I watch her team mate Audrey go over and straighten up her station while she took that few minute break. One of the other hairstylist also helped with the little boy too. Just a very touching moment to witness. Audrey always does beautiful work...read full review
Staff is fun and I love my haircut. They moved at a good pace too so you aren't in there all day. The lady I had was from their Lascassas location and she gave me one of the nicest hair cuts I have ever had. 10 out of 10.
It is so hard to find a hair salon where you feel welcomed and invited. Today was my first visit and as all women know finding a stylist in a new area is a struggle. I was so nervous about the haircut, however from the moment I walked in the door it was very warm and inviting. Audrey did my haircut today and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have already rebooked with her and will be doing some color on my next visit. Thank you Audrey for making the process of getting my hair cut so seamless and comfortable! And thank you to all the ladies for creating an environment that is so welcoming!
