I texted with Carmen, for an appt. We were trying to find a date and she mentioned there was a $30 deposit to hold an appt. I really wanted it done so I sent the deposit. Once the money was sent she stopped answering when I asked her what availability she had. A week later I asked her for the money back if she didn’t want to schedule me. She did not respond.
