“The quality of work was excellent. My concern with this place is- after I dropped the vehicle off, it was difficult to contact someone regarding the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for 6 weeks. It was only after I requested that I speak with the manager that I was told the shop was waiting on a part ( which is not the shop's fault for the timing of the repair. I wished it was communicated to me).I just wished someone would have told me.The quality of work deserves 5 stars.Customer service was a 34 stars.“
“Set up appointment on phone. Used night drop box for key. Got email at 7:04 AM the next morning confirming the service that was to be performed. Got a call two hours later saying services had been performed. Most refreshing part was they didn’t try to sell me something I really didn’t need!“
