“I've known Fred for many years and have looked forward to having him do another tattoo for me again when I made it back into Tennessee. He designed a cross for me to cover up a 20 year old mistake and it turned out incredible. It was great to catch up after so many years and some ink done by one of the best in the business. My tri star tattoo was a bland scratched tattoo when I arrived and he fixed it and turned into a work of art.
