Christian and Chris as well as Ms Sylvia and her daughter went out of their way to make sure myself and my mom were taken care of!!! I can’t say enough about this team and how they made a very scary situation not so scary for me and my mom who were stranded on the side of a desolate road 40 miles from home!!! I am one happy camper today, got my new car and loving it, well it's new to me, I'm loving my Jeep rentagadge. It's been about 5 weeks since I've had no car . I don't trust alot of people. But after talking to Ashley Hill and Deana McCutheon maybe it was female just like me, and didn't try to make me feel stupid. Before I left I had me a jeep rentagadge and showing them pictures of my dog and any body knows my, I love talking about my dog. Thanks so much Ashley & Deana

From the moment I stepped in Galaxy Ford to shop for my Bronco, I was treated with a friendly and patient sales lady. Her name was Janet. I am sad that she has since retired because by the end of signing the papers, I felt like I gained another grandma. The staff has always made sure I was comfortable while waiting on my maintenance services. I had recently had to have some work done. I had to reschedule the apt twice. The service department was very understanding on my issues of having to reschedule. I have had many great experiences and I do recommend Galaxy Ford in Smithville, Tn to others.
