I scheduled an appointment with this location. Then I took the time to load my paperwork ahead of time to speak with a tax advisor. Then she decided to hang up on me after I lectured her about the importance of actually reading the paperwork ahead of the scheduled appointment and then actually attending said appointment on time. Amy decided to assume I had a 3pm in office appointment after I called to confirm a phone appointment ahead of time the day prior. I was polite but also assertive in nedding to meet someone whom is on time and accountable. Instead of being half effort and apathetic. Which she was. Not recommended. Not accountable and apathetic. I love that I no longer Dread the end of the year instead I’m excited to see how we can improve our current and future tax Situation.
