Called him just before 5pm on a Thursday night to inquire about an overflow septic I’ve had issues with for months. I noticed the two switches to a septic pump and alarm box were off. I needed to know if the two needed to stay on. He was glad to help for free even though he didn’t service my city. Septic level went down about 6 feet all is good now.
Eric was very professional & very nice. He told us a time he’d be here next day & he called when he was on the way & was right on time. He answered every question we had. He is very knowledgeable. We have a shop that is on a separate septic tank & he helped us find it. We will be calling him out again soon to service that septic tank as well. Highly recommend!!
Awesome company to work with, called them to pump out my septic tank as routine maintenance and they were out there in just a few days. The guys did excellent work and finished the job even though it started down pouring on them 3/4 of the way through. Would recommend them in a heart beat.
