The staff, including Linda Hernandez, are recognized for their friendliness and readiness to serve with a smile. While some customers have had negative experiences with dogs in the restaurant, the staff's apologies and sympathy were appreciated. Would give this salon 10 stars if i could. Ive had various nail techs and have been more than happy with every single one. Vu, Linda, Thai, Long, Rio, they all do amazing work and all feel like family, and ive only been a consistent customer for about 6 months. They care about their work and customers. My mom got a pedicure and was beyond happy, and shes rather particular😅. BEST SALON HANDS DOWN!!
I received excellent customer service. I did a spa pedicure and due to being in my shoes for nearly 20 hours daily, I have big toe nail damage. They made my feet look phenomenal. Whenever I am in Shelbyville I will be back. I am ready for Mexico!
I always use Ty and by far the best I've ever been to. I guess I'm spoiled. He has been excellent and always makes sure that i'm happy and takes his time to make sure I'm satisfied. I give Ty the highest accolades possible!
