If I could give Elaina more than five stars, I would! Even though it was my first appointment with her, I felt completely comfortable from the moment I sat in her chair.
I have fantasy-colored hair (fuchsia pink), and matching that shade isn’t easy, but she absolutely nailed it. My color is gorgeous, and the placement of my highlights is so seamless and beautifully blended. Her attention to detail and talent truly shine through.
I’m not from Tennessee, but I can honestly say I’ll be making the trip back just to see Elaina, even if it’s only for a weekend. The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a positive atmosphere.

Elaina was an absolute sweetheart and my hero. I have been having rough luck at other salons and Elaina definitely listened to all of my issues. She took her time and nothing felt rushed. I appreciated how she made sure to explain step by step what was going on and she made sure to double/triple check her work. She fixed all the issues that previous stylists have made and I feel so much better. I can keep going about how lovely my experience was. The salon itself was clean, affordable and welcoming.
