Francie Hernandez is a fraud. She owes us over $90K. She is unlicensed and incompetent. Do your research with the TN Dept of Commerce & Insurance and Division of Consumer Affairs. We wish we did. We contracted her for a pool, pavilion, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and much more. After 2 years, and nothing completed, we terminated her. She doesn’t own any equipment and she doesn’t have employees. The tile she incorrectly installed (one of the few things she rushed to complete after 2 years and before she was fired), is cracking and the grout has deteriorated after 2 months. I cannot comment on the quality of work, as they never showed up to estimate my project. I ended the tail end of my vacation early, so that I could meet these folks at my home for an estimate. They never showed up, and I never received any correspondence from them. I normally wouldn't leave a review like this, but after I left a text expressing my disappointment, I was told my behavior was "asinine". I don't love being talked down to, especially from contractors who can't (for whatever reason) be organized enough to fulfill the commitments they have made.
