I've been a long-time customer of ETWM after hearing how devoted their team is to getting a job done. Whether it's capturinig a critter or preventing damage by carpenter bees. The ETWM staff does not just go through the motions because no one's looking and collect a check. I've found them to be almost obsessively committed to problem solving and using knowledgeable insight into wildlife behavior to get a job done. The quality of service we received from East Tennessee wildlife management was excellent. From the first phone call to the extraction of the raccoon, was above above my expectations. I appreciated the follow up phone call to make sure that all the problems are resolved.
