“Upon arriving we were met by Joy and told her our laptop wouldn't turn on. She plugged it in and was able to turn it right on. She has the magic touch. Next, we needed to have an older laptop looked at but part of our cord was missing(the section that goes from "box" into the laptop) she told us we could get a replacement easily at Walmart. We will and then we'll bring laptop back to store. We chose this store because they had overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google. Even the poor reviews convinced me they were a store to be trusted.
