The staff here has been nothing but amazing in the middle of August my son was having appendicitis symptoms and we took him to the ER they were beyond amazing and were very fast on getting us answers. Today I had to take my daughter due to being sick and the staff was so amazing to her and us. I will recommend this hospital to anyone!
Took my 18 mth old daughter for a rash here for the first time because the hospital in Lexington suck. By far the best emergency room experience I ever had. The wait time was none existent. Registration process was quicker than other hospitals. All the nurse were expectional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Biggers was amazing by far the best doctor i ever had. He was respectful, friendly, great bed side manners, he explained everything thoroughly.. and the hospital emergency room was clean and well kept even the back rooms didnt feel like we were in emergency room it felt warm and welcoming. Thank you Hardin Medical!
I’m from AZ and was in TN visiting family. The night before my flight I got severe mastitis and a stomach bug of sorts. I eventually ended up in this ER and I gotta say this place is really great!! My nurse Leah I believe was super nice and even brought my daughter bubbles and stuff. The doctor?? Dr. Joel Stern is wonderful! Super fast and efficient. Had me checked and on an IV and out of there within 2 hours from walking in the door to walking out. That’s amazing to me! In AZ it’s a 4-5 hour wait just in the waiting room! Anyways he knew I was getting on a flight the next day and instead of sending prescriptions over to a pharmacy and making my morning commute...read full review
