I only go here when i need to so I think it was my 3rd visit over avour 3 years, however the receptionist desk is often empty and stand there for 10-20 minutes waiting. It’s always a long wait in general and this last time i was the only one in the parking lot, in the waiting room etc. The whole visit for an ear infection/sinus infection took an hour. I was seen by the nurse for about 3 minutes and about 3-4 by the doctor. Frustrating overall when i try not to miss a ton of work hours. Maybe this is the nature all around in medical care but not a great experience each time.

Went in on a Wednesday morning for a sinus issue. Upon basic check discovered my blood pressure was dangerously (199/108) high. Immediately got me comfortable, did an EKG. Got me some blood pressure medicine and observed me for 1 hour. Pressure came down. Put in an order for medication. Thanks for being prudent and taking care of me.

We registered online and it made the entire process easier. We were there two hours total, but the nurses and doctors were kind and tried to get you in and out and be efficient. Glad to have this near home.
