Based on the reviews, Hellagood Massage is a locally owned business serving Rockwood, Harriman, Spring City, Crossville, Oakridge, Oliver Springs, Chattanooga and Knoxville Tennessee. The therapist puts needs and wishes first. The goal is for clients to feel comfortable and cared for. The therapist will come up with a customized plan together. Most massages are longer than 60 minutes to allow time to settle in and reach a deeper level of relaxation. The business treats for pain relief and relaxation. The experience was beyond wonderful. The therapist is kind and knowledgeable, taking time to ask pertinent questions so the massage is targeted to individual needs. The massage was a healing experience, reminding clients how important self-care is for the physical body and mind. It was the most relaxing and effective massage ever received. Clients felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment they walked in. The therapist is incredibly knowledgeable, truly understands the body, and takes time to explain things and answer questions. The massage was therapeutic, intentional, and truly transformative. It was absolutely perfect. Clients left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably better physically and mentally. The therapist has earned lifelong clients, and everyone would highly recommend.
We really need a higher star rating than 5 stars for Clint. WOW! He was so welcoming from the get go. I felt at ease, open, and safe. He probably wished I would stop talking lol. He took time to listen to the issues I had (which was alot), offered to explain the technique, however, I just wanted to get on the table. I had the Soft as Warm Butter massage which incorporated clothed stretching first. When I say this was life changing...the technique he uses is unlike anything I have experienced, and I have had ALOT of massages in my life. Clint is amazing! Bless his heart I think I mildly flabbergasted him when we sat down to introduce ourselves & he realized I'd never had any kind of a professional massage before, lol. He explained his processes to me telling me to make sure to tell him anything that I felt uncomfortable about and for me to let him know during the massage if any of his pressure was too much & unbearable. He asked several times during my lengthy & wonderful experience if I was ok & joked at the end that my face so relaxed he wasn't certain if I was awake.

I had read the reviews and I was skeptical, but I thought maybe I had finally found what I was looking for. If you've never had a massage before, you should go somewhere else first or you will not truly appreciate this one! Apparently I had written a book of my expectations when I booked the appointment. It had been a while so I forgot that part. He sat down with me and was so honest. He told me at one point he had no idea what I meant that someone flipped a strap in my calf. I sure appreciated that! I'm sure I have no idea what it is called. I'm a bundled up mess. I have heel spurs so bad I can hardly walk. I have super tight calves. I always have super tight...read full review
