Called Affordable Plumbing New Years Eve to pump my septic tank. They quoted me $450 over the phone and then got to my house (after showing up hours after the time that was quoted) they charged $650 because he had to use extra water. They told me that my tank needed new field lines that would be $2000 plus. My septic started smelling not even 3 weeks later so I called another company to get a second opinion and turns out only one side of my tank was pumped and my field lines were fine. Beware of using this company!!!
Our neighbor called and needed a faucet fixed, the OWNER came out and wanted to charge this woman $300+ dollars to do 15 minutes of work. When we told him we would do it he charged her a $70 service fee and never left her the receipt he went to his truck to write up for her. The owner and this company is a joke, please use someone else who actually cares about their clients and isn’t just looking for a paycheck off someone who doesn’t know what they need to do for simple plumbing. Owner showed up smelling of alcohol!I would have given zero stars if at all possible but it won’t allow me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Service: Plumbing pipe repair
This company is a joke. We had nothing but issues from the owner and his wife or girlfriend. Both showed up with liquor on their breath when they did show up. Constantly giving a time of arrival only to be hours later and while digging our yard up busted our pipe and lied about doing that. Very unprofessional. While working at our home the police showed up to arrest him on a felony theft charge. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
