Great company / bunch of people to work with. Everyone was professional but down to earth good people. They installed my new Trane heat & air unit quickly with no problems, My home has never been more comfortable. The unit in our business went out, and after getting quotes from several providers in the area, Quality Service was considerably less expensive for the same unit quoted by others.From quote to purchase, we were able to have the new unit installed in less than five days (the technician was actually out the day after we accepted the quote). Very satisfied working with the team at Quality Service Inc. I called them and they came out. They evaluated the size we needed and discussed options. I had a specific request for a Trane system and they took it from there. They did a great job on installation and solved a few things I wasn’t aware of originally and still delivered it for what they said it would cost.
