MOST of the Staff at Christian Family are amazing. MRS VIRGINIA SMITH cares about her patients and “listens” to them. Hands down one of the best!!! The front desk ARE ALWAYS POLITE!!! Now, when there is good! There is always bad. 99% of my time there has been pleasant. My whole family has been going there and will continue to do so. BUT I have watched Mrs Lauren Butler scream at a lady who was concerned about her prescriptions in front of EVERYONE, you also can’t tell Mrs Butler anything “she knows it all”, she doesn’t listen at all (matter of fact) and it’s almost as if “you are bothering her” by coming in. My sister has overheard Mrs Butler belittling patients and snickering as the individual comes in the waiting area (just unprofessional) BUT BUT there are so many other wonderful staff. Don’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch.... 💯
