“I am SO IMPRESSED by this company, and I would give them 10 stars if I could! We had a pretty bad main line clog last night around 9:00pm, with sewer water coming up out of our shower drain, so we definitely needed someone immediately. Called a "Happy" company and explained the situation, and their "earliest availability was the next day around 5:00pm." Useless per usual.We called Roto-Rooter, and a kind lady picked up immediately and said she would check with their guys and give us a call back quickly. Not two minutes later, she called back and told us that they had someone on the way (Seth). Seth arrived shortly thereafter and was GREAT to work with. Honestly the best, easiest, most professional interaction I've ever had with a service company of any kind, especially considering it was after hours on a cold night.Cannot say enough good things about Seth and Roto-Rooter, from the professionalism, to the service, to even telling me to just call them in the morning for the payment (which the lady who helped us this morning was equally fantastic). Very rare in this day and age to have such fantastic service from top to bottom in a company.Again, I would give this company 10 stars if I could, and I definitely will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!!“
