“Scheduled appointment @2:00 and was accepted early. Wanted a new haircut for upcoming honeymoon. During mid cut, tornado touched down near location and lost power to the entire strip mall. Staff did very well instructing other workers and clients to take safety in the bathroom. Charlie was extremely kind and continued to finish and detail my hair cut with only a phone light to see.
