I started exercising. I mess my body up by getting out of alignment. I could tell since I started kickboxing, jogging and being pulled by our puppy my back was feeling some pain. Called after kickboxing class was taken in and adjustment and put in a table with heat and some machine. Instantly felt better! I highly recommend Dr. Steve. We have been seeing him for 21 years or so! Anyone who knows me knows I use Back to Wellness Chiropractic! ❤️🥊🏃‍♀️
