I contacted Brown & Son to get my normal Central Air Unit (Old R22 refrigerant) and electric furnace swapped out with a heat pump. Corey came out on Monday and got me a quote promptly and accurately. Quickly got me scheduled for Wednesday. The Install Crew showed up at 8am this morning and got to work right away. Even though I asked there names I can’t for the life of me remember them. Let me just say all 3 of them were super friendly, professional, and did not mind me watching and asking questions the whole time. They did a great job with the fit and finish with my install. Excellent service!! Brand new customer and Shane was so great and professional. Very knowledgeable and let me watch what he was doing and explained everything. We will definitely continue to do business with them.
