USS completed a foundation repair for me on October 13.The foreman did a great job of explaining the process of the repairs and keeping me up to date throughout the day. All Crew Members were very courteous and knowledgeable of their work for this project. I was very impressed and would highly recommend USS if you have needs for foundation repairs.
Buddha and Logan did a great job installing our chimney supports. They were very friendly and communicative. Buddha explained every step of the process to us and showed us the progress at all stages. Also Bradley, who came out to give us our quote, was very patient and responsive to our questions leading up to the work. We are very pleased with our USS experience. It is a relief to be able to stop worrying about the chimney!
We discovered a crack running through bricks in the front of our home last week and hired USS to complete the necessary foundation work. We were very happy with the work - and with the team that completed the project. Adam A., Michael L, and Delwyn B. did an excellent job. They were very professional, clearly explained the work they were doing, had no issues explaining what was going on as I checked in with them a few times during the day. After completing the foundation work, they laid seed and laid straw on grass that was disturbed, smoothed out the dirt in our landscaping area - and repaired all of the mortar and resealed a couple of windows that had been impacted.... read full review
