Lyon Metal Roofing is known for its friendly employees and fast turnaround times. Customers appreciate the fair prices and high-quality products offered by the company. Many have become repeat customers, returning for both large and small jobs. While some noted a minor issue with pickup location, overall experiences have been positive. Custom orders, like metal roofs, have received praise for their quality and appearance. Many customers express a desire to give Lyon Metal Roofing even more than five stars, highlighting their satisfaction with the service and products provided.
Great products just had to go in the office 3 times cause kept getting wrong invoices for different orders that we purchased just if order more than one order make sure get the right invoice before they load or might have to unload thank god I caught it before loading!!!other than that great products!!!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Lyon Metal Roofing. We have used them for roofing on three different buildings now, and their consistency is unmatched.
From start to finish, their customer service is absolutely exceptional—professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. On top of that, their products are top-tier. The quality, durability, and look of the metal roofing are outstanding, and everything holds up beautifully.
If you want a team that delivers premium materials and flawless customer service, look no further. We are incredibly satisfied and will continue to highly recommend them!
The only reason this is not five stars is because of Porschea’s inability to communicate. While there have been several understandable delays due to weather I would sooner have clearer communication from a brick wall, and might actually get that email we needed and were supposed to get last week.
Robert Foxx and his guys were absolutely wonderful and helped me move the material into our driveway off of the road after Porschea failed to mention there would be no unloading help. Even when we mentioned my husband was coming out of back surgery. Thank you Robert and your amazing crew of guys, there are not enough words to express how thankful we are for you.
