Ernest Jarrell of Top Dawg Home Inspection did an incredible job on my home inspection. He delivered a 52 page report detailing everything we needed to know about the house before making a decision to purchase. In the end we didn’t proceed based on so many issues with the home that we found in the inspection report. Also worth noting, Mr Jarrell donates 5% of his earnings to the Boston Terrier Rescue Of East Tennessee. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for a home inspection. FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Todd performed a very thorough inspection on the home I was looking to purchase. Thanks to his detailed inspection report I was able to avoid purchasing a home with many hidden problems. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him when I find another home I am interested in purchasing. He was very thorough and provided his report the same day as he preformed the inspection.
If you are looking for a honest home inspector to inspect a residence, I highly reccomend Top Dawg. He is not one of the typical inspectors who will say anything to get a house sold. This company will give you an accurate assessment of a home.
