My family and I had our only key fob on our Honda Odyssey go bad while on vacation here a couple weeks ago. It was late in the day Friday and traffic was terrible, but he took the call and showed up quickly. Not only did he get a new key cut and reprogrammed in less than 20 minutes( which isn't always an easy process being a Honda), but he also gave us a jump after battery went bad from repeated attempts to start earlier in the day.
