ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS... We highly recommend Keith Garnes as, a buyer could not hope for a better agent…. We began to work with Keith about a year and half ago. At that time, we were not sure if, we wanted to buy a Home or Property to build again. We are from out of state and only had relatively short windows to look during our trips back to Tennessee but, the miles and time frames were no barrier for Keith as, He went above and beyond to help us. He was easy to talk to about what we wanted and always put our interests first! Keith is honest, ethical, and knowledgeable and to say “he goes the extra mile” is an understatement. One of the most impressive things about Keith is his “hands on” knowledge of the home & properties. Couple that with, his willingness and eagerness to “get in the middle of things”. We watched him crawl under Homes and walk through overgrowth on properties all to ensure there would be no surprises. We felt very comfortable with the property data He provided as well as, His considered and well-reasoned thoughts on all aspects of home & Property buying. Once we decided we had found the Property we wanted to Build our "Forever Home" on we had to go back Home for the negotiations of the contract and the actual closing. We felt very comfortable with Keith representing us from afar. We've dealt with many realtors both on the buying and selling side. We have to say that, Keith is by far the BEST realtor we've ever worked with. No matter the Day or Time He always made himself available. We could never thank him enough for his great knowledge, overall kindness & if, we had the option to allow Him to sell our current Home then, He would be our first & only choice to do so!
Always able to work with our busy schedule, we also appreciated Keith's ability to maintain excellent communication skills. Keith Garnes was always able to offer good advice, as well as handled each step or special circumstance gracefully. His negotiating skills provided almost as much benefit as does his wealth of local knowledge. As we were out-of-town, and not always able to meet up, Keith's step-by-step videos of new listings were so helpful, and saved us such time. We highly recommend him, and we would gladly use his services again.
