Michelle was absolutely awesome with me. Very knowledgeable and educational. I truly enjoyed my visit. She took her time and seemed to be sincerely interested in me and my needs not just trying to sell a product. She explained everything and I was quite Impressed. I’m a Nurse Practitioner and she explained everything in easy to undersrand terms. Especially about the progression of hearing loss and the correlation between hearing loss and dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
