I hope i spell her name right. Daysha was amazing with my husband. Very knowledgeable about hearing loss and the product. She was also very aware of the tone of her own voice when speaking to the patient. She knew when she needed to speak loud or softer to my husband. Plus her great personality made the process actually alot of fun. One of the best attractions in pigeon forge.

She took her time and seemed to be sincerely interested in me and my needs not just trying to sell a product. She explained everything and I was quite Impressed.
