Servall Termite & Pest Control is a company with knowledgeable employees who take pride in their work. They provide professional service, explaining their process and expectations clearly. Servall can help with pest problems and related issues like crawl space problems. However, some customers have experienced delays in scheduled annual service visits. One customer had a disappointing experience with office staff member H, describing a disregard attitude and lack of professionalism. Another customer found a good job with 6" black gutters including leaf guards, though noted they didn't say anything when they left. A customer highly recommends Servall for putting their worries to rest, mentioning they were sent someone right away at no charge for flying termites.
I very recently bought a home and purchased a termite bond and pest control service from Servall. The ladies at the office (specifically the lady filling in from the McKenzie office) were nice and helpful. The pest control tech was great and the termite crew here now are great and explained everything they were going to be doing around and under the house. Hoping to remains customers a customer through the years, so far so good!
Our technician is Aaron G. We are extremely pleased with the pest service she has provided. She was our technician at our previous home and we requested her when we moved. Always shows up with a smile. Very professional, courteous and respectful. She does a fantastic job! We've never had to call between visits because of seeing bugs. Highly recommend Aaron G.and SerVall to anyone looking for pest control services.
Sincerely,
Mark Mosley
