If you are looking for a rental home, Premier Rentals is a gem! We have rented at a wide variety of locations and different situations from apartment leasing offices to private owners over the years. We are excited every day about the opportunity to live in our Premier Rental home. We are in our 5th year of residency and hope that we can stay many more years. I have rented from premier for over a year now and could not be more thankful. My home is everything I was looking for. Paying rent is simple with the online option. If there is a maintenance issue they handle everything professionally with no hassle. They even work around my schedule for repairs. I can't express enough how much it has improved our quality of life renting this house. I have not had a single complaint or problem. Just signed for another year because I love it so much.
Fist of all, let me say that the management of this company is stellar. They are good people who treat their employees well (the ones who will work and come in) and their highest aim is to please their clients. They are a community oriented company and actually care about what they do. Please don't let the "sour grapes" opinions (tales) others tell influence you.Their homes. are nice and in great shape. If repairs are necessary, they are done in a timely fashion. Maybe not in the next hour, but soon. The rental agreements are specific and as with any rental agency, both sides have responsibilities. They honor theirs.
