Called Paula Kelly's to see if they carried a certain wind chime. They did and the lady said she would put it back for me. Not only did she put it back when I went to pick it up she put it in a box and added a nice bow and card for no additional money. Was extremely pleased with the price because it would have cost me this much from Amazon with no bow or card.

You couldn't pay me to go with another florist besides Paula Kelley's. From flowers for Valentine's Day, to my wedding, to my anniversary, and even my friends wedding my family loves their work. They always look great, even if something is wrong, which is rare in itself. Great local florist to have! My wife loves them and happy wife means happy life. They are right down the road and getting in and out is easy.

Wonderful. The people were so helpful and the selections are out of this world. There is something for every age, every occasion. We as a family are going to purchase all our flowers for our brother's funeral service. That speaks volumes to me. Thank you
