I SPOKE WITH A MR CARTER ARNOLD AND THE PLACE WASENT EVEN OPEND BUT CARVED OUT TIME ON A SUNDAY MORNING TO COME INTO WORK AFTER MY DOG GOT HIT. HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED US LIKE FAMILY IF YOU'RE ANIMALS NEED A HOME ITS THE PLACE TO GO.
Dr Arnold came out on Christmas day to assess and humanely euthanize our dying pony. Can't say enough good things about him. He was gentle and kind to our children who waited with the pony so he wouldn't be alone when he crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
Wonderful! The staff are so warm and caring. We boarded our young American Guinea Hog for an extended emergency stay. The boarding techs took such great care of her and spoiled her ? Thank you Tory and the rest of the crew. We highly recommend Mineral Wells Animal Clinic.
