I’ve been with patients brought into the E. R. In the afternoon and seen them and others awaiting treatment have to wait as many as 1 to 6 hours before receiving treatment. One was a potential brain injury and another one was a colitis attack and one a heart patient thinking they might be having a heart episode. Oh and another person having a kidney stone problem. All were having serious pain and some nausea. Apparently there are not enough doctors nor medical staff on duty on these 3 times I was there with friends.

Recently had an ER visit. Staff was prompt in evaluating my daughter. Dr. Capps was very thorough and was genuinely interested in hearing what was going on. He communicated regularly about test results, etc. Overall was very happy with the level of care we received!
