I called Ellis on Sunday January 18th at 10:00 and left a voice mail. Our gas heater had quit. Figuring it would be awhile before I got a call back I got a fire going in the stove. By 10:10 Blake Ellis had called and said he’d get a guy there but might be after lunch. The technician called shortly after and said he’d be there in about a hour. I had already had another heating company come about6 weeks earlier and look at my unit. The other company advised the heater was fine. The technician came out and advised that the heat chamber was busted and could have been causing carbon monoxide to be blown in the house.
