The staff was so caring and friendly to me and Gertrude on her annual visit. This was our first visit to this clinic and it was a wonderful experience. The bedside manner of the doctor was warm and knowledgeable. I appreciated the personalized time they took with my pup. I've been to some offices where it felt as though we were being pushed through with no real care, that was not the experience here. I highly recommend this office and staff.

Thank you for all you've done for all our pets. Shadow, Sasha and Aurora were all cared for and loved by your staff till the end. You are the best animal care center we could ever hope for.

We love The Animal Care Center of Ooltewah! They have been so wonderful with not only our pets, but with us as pet parents. They are very kind and loving. Anytime that our pets have gone in for surgery or they were sick, staff as always called within a few days to check on them and us. They have made house calls to us a few times. We will never go elsewhere. Amazing staff and doctors! Thank you!
