Dakota was awesome! Very polite, took time to answer my questions, very knowledgeable about his job and bugs. Explained how the chemicals worked and what I could expect. Communicates well on when he would be arriving. Very pleased with the whole experience! 10/10
Drew is one of the most professional people I have encountered. This was my first interaction with Northwest and it definitely will not be my last 10 out of 10 would recommend Drew and the guys all day.
