Caleb, at the Jamestown location, was very helpful and also extremely nice. He explained my options to restore a locked iPad and then had it unlocked/restored very quickly. We are lucky to have this shop in Jamestown.

Very helpful. We unfortunately went at a time when they were really busy and so it took a little longer than expected but they saved my wife's phone after it had been run over by a car.

Outstanding!!! My wife went in with a broken cell phone, thinking we would need to spend several hundred dollars to get another phone. She was informed that her phone could be repaired at a reasonable cost and within a few hours. We have been dealing with the folks there for many years and highly recommend them. Morris Stephens
