The veterinarian is a wonderful, down-to-earth human being and an excellent educator who explains diagnoses and treatments. She is very patient and knowledgeable, never ordering unnecessary tests. The staff is also kind and professional. Clients report that the diagnosis and treatment are very effective. The practice is not all about money, providing a great level of care that makes the travel worthwhile for many pet owners.
The only vet in the county we trust. Elizabeth and her crew have been so helpful with our female cat, from spaying to vaccines they have been a huge help and are so gentle with her. Prices are good and they get you in fast.
You would be hard pressed to find a better Vet that is a wonderful human being. Down to earth and won’t order unnecessary test just to try and soak your hard earned money I. Tight times like this. She is also an excellent educator which many vets overlook that important part of treatment being human care or animal care. We live in Jamestown but the level of care she provides our Dogs deserve the best. As a trainer of over 52 years she is the best Veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of having my dogs treated by her. Thank you Dr. Burress and Amazing Staff.
Dr. Elizabeth takes great care of our cats. She and her staff are very kind and professional. They always do a great great job. I appreciate how Dr. Elizabeth takes the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment.
