They made the process smooth and most importantly they were empathetic and very supportive which is so crucial to have during such a traumatic time in your life. I can't say enough about them. We had an absolutely terrible experience with the other funeral home in Oneida with blatant money digging and insensitivity so we were so thankful that Four Oaks was there for us to move to otherwise I can't imagine working with the other guy.
