Rhonda Jackson and her staff are very helpful and caring during a very difficult time in anyone’s life. They are very accommodating and compassionate. I would highly recommend using Jackson Funeral Home if you are in the Knoxville, Oak Ridge and Oliver Springs area. I have now used their services 2 separate times and I have been highly impressed with them. Great business model and wonderful staff. Thank you for everything!

I made the decision to move my mother's pre planned services, from another "local funeral home", after talking with them (the other)and learning that because my mother planned her funeral many many years ago, while this other location was owed by another person, that the current owners were not willing to honor the prices on the things that Mom picked out. Not only was Rhonda amazing, she was more than happy to honor Mom's locked in prices, as well as show us some more updated options. I am so glad that we chose to move Mom from the "other" funeral home in town, to Jacksons. They are a class act all the way, and fine Christian people on top of that.! They was so kind, thoughtful through the tough time for the family. They helped me crack a smile through the process of planning. My grandmothers funeral was very nice I would highly recommend them again.
