The employees at the front desk are very welcoming & knowledgeable . My dental hygienist, Karina, is the very best. She is always gentle on my teeth and very thorough. Dr. McDowell is wonderful. He makes me understand what’s going on with any procedure I may need. You gotta love his dad jokes!
They were nice and very accommodating- had a emergency crown put on- went through every step they took, offered me sunglasses so my eyes wouldn’t be bothered by the bright lights, a warm blanket, will definitely see them for all of my cleaning and dental work-
We used to see Dr. Crockrell before he retired and sold his practice to Schmitt. Since we had been going to the Mt. Juliet location for many years we stayed and gave Schmitt a try. The first dentist they had in there after they took over was not the kind and fun dentist we were accustomed to with Dr. Crockrell. That guy eventually left after a short time. The dentist who came in his place was much better and more like Dr. Crockrell.
We absolutely love Dr. McDowell and the others there now. They are so kind and friendly!!
I would now recommend them to anyone!! Going to the dentist now is like going to visit friends and catching up.
