The airbnb I was staying at was found with bed bugs. That left me nowhere to stay for the night and Charlie found me a hotel and covered the cost for me. He was extremely helpful and very patient with me. 10/10 Would recommend !

I thought I found a bed bug in my sheets and freaked out. The man who assisted me over the phone had me send over a photo and assured me it was, in fact, not a beg bug. WHAT A RELIEF! I’m so grateful for the time and expertise of Bed Bugs Inc.
